Vine & Fig Tree is a nonprofit organization that seeks to heal social and economic inequalities. Through consulting with companies, supporting community programs, and training the unemployed and underemployed in job readiness, Vine & Fig seeks to bring Equity, Belonging, and Community to all workplaces.

Partnering to Make a Difference
The Department of Labor reports that victims of domestic and intimate partner violence lose nearly 8 million days of paid work per year in the US. Like trafficking survivors, DV/IPV survivors may lack work history, job-specific skills, and many not be able to show a stable employment history.
