Ready for support to thrive in work? Currently, we work with youth in Northern Virginia through our Youth Innovators program and trafficking and domestic violence survivors through National Partners.

Willing to be a workplace that gives people a chance? We always seek business owners and professionals to partner in our training and job readiness programs.

Have an hour or two free a week to help your community? There are various opportunities for many skill sets, from events with our youth to laptop refurbishment, and job preparation.
